Become a Show Volunteer

Volunteers are the life blood of QuiltFest.  Without them, the show wouldn’t happen. Time slots are filled by members of the regional guilds, regional quilting groups, and just quilters and fiber artists in general. Volunteers keep everything running during the show days, during judging and set up days, and take down and cleanup time after the show closes.  Active and on-your-feet jobs available include pre-show judging sessions, hanging and taking down quilts, and white glove/quilt handlers during the show.  Sit-down jobs include staffing Quilter’s Walk and volunteer check-in.

Volunteer registration is online at _____.
This easily navigable system allows each volunteer to sign up for the any open slots and receive reminder emails closer to show dates.
Each guild and quilting group will also have a QuiltFest board representative at guild meetings to assist with on-the-spot volunteer sign ups.
